Cowkids for Christ

Youth horsemanship program bringing kids, horses and Christ together.

Cowkids For Christ is a unique Horsemanship program designed to teach children how to speak the sensitive language of the horse, as well as to hear and better understand the small, still voice of our Lord. 

The 10 Commandments of Scripture and The 10 Commandments of Horsemanship, authored by Theresa Manzella, are used as the basis of our curriculum.  Kids of all ages not only learn and gain confidence in how to handle—tie, groom, tack up and ride a horse properly and safely—but they also learn lessons in leadership, teamwork, responsibility, setting appropriate boundaries and the power of encouragement that they will carry with them their whole life through.
